The CoPPer Project at the 6th World Congress on Probation!

Join us for a landmark moment as the CoPPer project takes center stage at the 2nd World Congress for Community Volunteers (WCCV), a highlight of the 6th World Congress on Probation and Parole 2024 in The Hague on April 17th.

The WCCV, led by the Rehabilitation Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Japan, showcases the significant impact volunteers can have on social reintegration, aligning perfectly with the CoPPer project’s goals.

The CoPPer project is dedicated to advancing the social inclusion of individuals who have committed crimes, promoting active engagement from citizens, civil society, and social partners. By focusing on our common European values of democracy, freedom, and security, the project aims to play a pivotal role in fostering a more inclusive society.

This year, we are thrilled to have Melinda Lewis present the CoPPer project, embodying our commitment to change and the power of community engagement in ensuring successful reintegration.

Save the date and be part of this transformative event. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of many by supporting their journey back into society.
